What this request starts

The Lead & Workflow Leak Audit is the front-door offer.

RMD reviews one workflow at a time. The Lead & Workflow Leak Audit is $950 flat for one accepted workflow. This fit review determines whether the request is a match and defines the one workflow in scope. If the request needs work outside that scope, RMD explains the alternative before anything is approved or charged.

One lead, intake, follow-up, or document workflow that is costing time, visibility, or revenue.

What you get

A current-state map, ranked leak list, quick-win fixes, and the best first implementation path.

Commercial clarity

$950 flat for one accepted workflow. If RMD handles the implementation and you approve the build within 30 days, the full $950 audit fee is credited toward it. No work starts and nothing is charged without your approval.

Response timing

Initial review target is within one business day. If something is missing, RMD asks only the fewest questions needed to move forward.
